We are seeking a capable and experienced sous chef to work at our vibrant cocktail bar and kitchen.
This role will involve working alongside the head chef to develop menus and run a smooth service as well as running their own service at times. Must have at least 12 months kitchen experience, ideally in senior role.
This is a seasonal/ temporary role to cover maternity period, but with potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Would suit someone who has a genuine interest in providing the highest standard of service and has a natural inclination toward customer care. A passion for excellent food & produce or wish to learn is desirable. Clear communication skills and ability to confidently engage with a variety of customers and fellow staff members is essential, as is a flexible work pattern and an optimistic 'can-do' attitude.
